YOUR PROJECT
FROM START TO
FINISH
Realizing a
beautiful
kitchen or bath
isn't just an
impressive
design. It
is a result of
your contractor
being engaged in
the project's
coordination and
construction.
Cucina Design
Studio has a
reputation built
on an
unparalleled
level
 |
STEP 1 - Consultation |
Establishing
your budget
is the first
and most
important
step in your
project.
The process
begins with your
scheduled visit
to our showroom
or a scheduled
appointment to
come out to your
home. We will
assess your
needs, establish
a budget,
discuss cabinet
choices and
construction
issues, and
preliminarily
plan the layout
of your kitchen
or bath.
 |
STEP 2 - On site visit and measurements |
We then
take
measurements and
sketch a rough
outline of your
space.
 |
STEP 3 - Design |
From
there we go back
to the studio
and produce
Computer Aided
Drawings using
20/20 design
software that
give details of
the floor plan
and elevations.
These black and
white renderings
give you a
visual
perspective of
your project.

STEP 4 - Second Consultation |
To proceed,
the design
process requires
a design
deposit. This
deposit is
applied toward
the purchase of
your kitchen
cabinetry. Our process
continues with a
second visit to
our showroom
where you will
be walked
through the
design of your
new kitchen or
bath. During
this time, we
discuss each
area of the
floor plan and
design
elevations in
depth. We
consider cabinet
finishes,
hardware
options, and
personal
features such as
cutlery trays,
spice storage,
trash units, et
cetera.
Additionally, we
work with you to
coordinate your
appliances to
match your
lifestyle and
budget.

 |
STEP 5 - Process Order |
Once we have
finalized the
design for your
project, you
will be
presented with
final drawings
and pricing.
When the final
price and plans
are approved, we
enter into a
purchase order
and have you
sign off on a
final proposal.
A 50% deposit is
required to
place your
cabinetry order
and get it into
production.
 |
STEP 6 - Construction/Installation |
The
construction
and
installation
time varies
depending on
the scope of
the project
(full
kitchen/bath
remodel, new
kitchen/bath,
installation
of cabinetry
only). Once
the project is
complete the
balance of the
project cost is due.
